We are delighted to celebrate the outstanding success of the 2026 International Haemovigilance Symposium, a remarkable 2.5 days of insight‑sharing, discussion, networking, and collective learning. Our global community once again demonstrated its commitment to improving transfusion safety for donors, recipients, and healthcare staff through open collaboration and scientific exchange. IHN would like to thank everyone at CNS/Italian National Blood Centre for their excellent collaboration and for hosting the event at Rome.
